Refunds & Exchanges 

We have a no refund policy.

Pre-Orders cannot be refunded, if you made a purchase for a pre order you will receive your order


To be eligible for an exchange your item must not be worn, washed, damaged or have any sort of issues with the product. We do not accept returns for any other reason. They must also consist of tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 Items that are sent back to us without first contacting us through our email (incognito.inquiry1@gmail.com) will not be accepted. 

Order Cancellation

You have 24hrs to notify us about the order you want to cancel. You must email us your order number, order details and address details. if this isn't done within 24hrs your order will be processed as normal. *THIS ONLY APPLIES TO IN HAND STOCK* *PRE-ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED*

If you receive the wrong item contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
